Why not try your hand at making your own almond milk? Simply blend 1 cup of raw almonds with 2 cups water using a high speed blender. Strain and store in the fridge. You can even use the fibrous almond leftovers. Just freeze them until you are ready to make some delicious raw almond cookies.

Rather than continually whack out your hormones by trying to quench all the cravings that diets cause us to feel, quell your cravings and get healthier by adopting this one step – drinking a health shake within an hour of waking.
